MICROSOLV™ column couplers are designed to reliably connect HPLC columns to other HPLC columns, including guard columns, using standard 10‑32 threaded ports. These precision PEEK column couplers allow chromatographers to place columns in series with confidence, supporting two‑dimensional HPLC (2D‑HPLC) and other multi‑column configurations where minimizing dead volume is critical.

Each side of the coupler independently adjusts and bottoms out inside the column port, ensuring optimal alignment and minimal internal dead volume at the connection point. This design helps preserve chromatographic efficiency, peak shape, and system performance.
